A decision report or Premium Review does not guarantee that a negotiation will succeed, that a supplier will accept proposed changes, or that future damage, costs, delays, or disputes will be avoided.

To the extent permitted by law, FP-Operations is not liable for damage arising from the use of ContractDecision, a decision report, Premium Review, or other information on the website.

This includes indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of revenue, loss of profit, missed savings, operational disruption, reputational damage, contract disputes, or damage resulting from business decisions made by the user.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted.

Although ContractDecision works with trusted providers, FP-Operations cannot guarantee full control over the availability, operation, or processing by external services.
