What the workflows do
The workflows structure supplier information into practical business output such as risk summaries, urgency levels, recommended actions, negotiation points, draft replies and decision labels.
No legal, financial or professional advice
The output is not legal advice, financial advice, procurement advice, tax advice, compliance advice or professional advisory services. It should be treated as decision support only.
Human review remains required
Users remain responsible for reviewing the output, checking the source material, validating business assumptions and deciding whether to accept, reject, renegotiate, reply or escalate.
No guarantee of completeness or accuracy
The workflows may miss issues, misinterpret clauses, overstate risk, understate risk or produce incomplete output. Supplier contracts and supplier emails can require human, legal or domain-specific review.
AI output limitations
Some workflow output may be generated with AI systems. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a specific situation. Do not rely on it without review.
Supplier decisions remain your responsibility
Decisions about signing, renegotiating, rejecting, replying to suppliers, escalating internally or taking commercial action remain the responsibility of the user and their organization.
Premium Review remains business support
Premium Review may provide deeper business review, negotiation guidance, fallback positions and supplier response direction. It still does not constitute legal advice or legal representation.
Third-party services
The workflows may use third-party providers for AI generation, automation, email delivery, logging and payments. Availability and processing may depend on those providers.
Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for decisions, losses, damages, missed risks, legal consequences or business outcomes resulting from use of the workflows or their output.
